![]() I decided to take a $16,050 loss just to get my money out of Sentinel because. After, I found out "that it would get to me" this is when the manager told a different story by saying Sentinels bank stopped the wire. "as long as it was made payable to me then it wouldn't matter if the account number was off by one diget that it would get to me as long as the routing number was correct" which it was. Prior to this I was told the wiring instructions were off by one digit but my banker told me. It took a month to get the money i got a terrible run around a manager said "Sentinel's bank stopped the wire transfer". Because of what I read online alot of negative reviews I decided to take my first withdrawal and it was a nightmare. excuse me I never got the right to make corrections on my policy to check the box for a 10% penalty free withdrawal answer still "no". since I didn't get my policy I asked for the 10% penalty free withdrawal and they said "no".
